My steak was cooked to perfection! Excellent food! The service could be better though, and the waitress was a bit inattentive resembling someone who works at a Friday's or Chili's rather than a nice steakhouse like this one. Other than that, it was a great experience.

You get what you pay for... Top notch service Elegant ambiance Superb food If you're a fan of simplicity like me, you definitely want to get the Filet Mignon medium rare. No sauce. Maybe a side. Just the filet, simply salted and peppered is to die for. Worth every penny.

This particular Ruths has one of the nicest dining rooms of any in the area. A five star for atmosphere. The food is always top-drawer. The prices of the meat have crept up a bit with the alleged corn shortage that hasn't quite materialized yet, but the bar still remains pretty fairly priced for an upscale place, and they have a good selection of spirits to go with the great steaks and killer sides.

Service has always ben supper attentive. I haven't eaten a filet in years but I had one here back then ( a petite fillet) they cook it the Ruths Chris way. Broil at super high temp w butter, bring it out sizzling. You could cut it w a fork. Not a place they serve ketchup with it. Since I haven't been eating meat I have been back. Lobster has been my new best friend while siting in a cozy dim lit booth in this upscale steakhouse. I love the stuffed lobster I had there once, the shoestring potatos are my favorite side along with the BBQ shrimp, they are actually in a lemon butter sauce , they are a great starter, i will be back!!!!

this is a nice restaurant that serves up a great piece of meat. they top their sizzling steaks with melted butter, which some may not like, but heck i love it. the french onion soup is decent, but i've certainly had better. the sweet potato casserole with the pecan crust is amazing. and even though its a side dish, i can eat it as a dessert. if you want a real dessert though, the flourless chocolate torte is great too. as far as comparing this to other steakhouses in the area, it's hard for me to pick a winner. i feel that this place, along with abe & louie's and morton's, are all pretty much on par with each other. however, i have yet to visit NY prime.

We went here for an early dinner (with an 18 month old) and were treated like royalty. Everything came out on time, cooked to perfection, and tasted amazing. Our waiter, Tino, even brought over a coloring book and crayons for my niece AND let her keep them when we were leaving! Who I assume to be the manager came over during the meal and on our way out to ask how everything was, and was very gracious and happy when we shared our raves. It was perfection, and for what you're paying, it should be. I've been to Ruth's Chris in Minneapolis, Boston, and now here, and I definitely recommend this chain.

Absolutely AMAZING! Went for a dinner with my hubby the other night and everything was great! We shared a bottle of Pinot Noir. He enjoyed Cesar Salad. I loved Spinach Salad, Champagne dressing was out of this world! My Sea Bass was very tasty and so was his 16 oz. New York Strip. Sautéed mushrooms and mashed potatoes were full of flavor. For desert we had berries in cream sauce and strawberry shortcake. Berries were great. I wouldn't recommend the shortcake. A little boring. Place is clean, open and atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. Managers stopped by the table twice through out the meal to make sure we were satisfied. Our server Chris was attentive, quick and professional. The best Ruth Chris around!

Yesterday afternoon, my boyfriend texted me and asked if I wanted to go to Ruth's Chris for a friend's bday dinner. Before I answered him, I called the restaurant to ask if they had any vegetarian-friendly options. The lady on the phone was nice and explained that they have many salads and side dishes, so there would be plenty for me to eat. It's just about 8 p.m. when we arrived and met our party. I looked over the menu and saw they have a vegetarian platter. It's choose three sides for $21. A little pricey for some veggies, but we were at a steakhouse. Anyway, I explain to the waiter that I was vegetarian and I wanted the vegetarian dish. For my sides, I chose the spinach au gratin, asparagus with hollandaise and a baked potato. Everyone else ordered their steaks and lobsters. When the food arrived, my potato was loaded with bacon. He goes to place the dish in front of me and I said, "There is bacon on here." He apologized and returned the dish. He said it was an accident, they knew it was a vegetarian dish. Accidents happen all the time, no big deal. The guy comes out a little bit later with a new dish for me. This dish was a plain baked potato (with butter and sour cream on the side), plain asparagus and the delicious spinach au gratin. I asked about the hollandaise sauce because he never brought it out for me. I thought maybe it didn't come because it wasn't vegetarian. No, he just forgot to bring it. I put the sauce over the now cold, plain, rubbery asparagus. I make asparagus multiple times a week because I love it. Not only was it rubbery, but it tasted dull. This asparagus was on its way out and not down into my belly. I eat the spinach and baked potato. I left a whole plate of asparagus. The guy comes around with boxes and boxed up everyone's left over steaks and what not. He doesn't even ask me if I wanted to take the asparagus (not that I did) but he just throws a bunch of stuff on top of my plate in front of me to carry it away. If I wanted the asparagus to go, it was too late. There was no point of saying anything because I wasn't taking it home anyway. As the waiter continues to clean up, he is next to me with a freaking knife pointed in my direction. Not like he's going to stab me, but like 2 ft away from my face like I don't even exist. I move my head to the left, so that just used steak knife doesn't touch my face. The waiter looked down at me and just kept cleaning without moving the knife. You're a jerk, mr. waiter.

The worst meal I never had at the Boca Raton Ruth Chris! Went there for dinner last night with my wife and two friends. I ordered a small filet with peppercorn sauce. And my wife ordered a petit sirloin. The filet came out with what looked like vomit on it. I took one look and almost did loose my cookies. I sent it back. They brought a new one back after about 20 minutes when they finally realized I never got it. It was raw and I sent it back again. By then, everyone else was finished with their meals so I told them that I would just take the order home. In the meantime, my wife's petit sirloin was terrible. We have never seen such a poor cut of meat in any steakhouse... She did not eat it and would not take it home. By the way, the lyonnaise potatoes were the worst I ever had. Overlooked and floating in grease! Thank goodness we were with people we liked... Worst steakhouse meal ever! The waiter was incompetent and so was the manager who couldn't understand how they sent out the vomit filet in the first place...

My Fiance and I wanted to enjoy a nice steak dinner so decided upon Ruth Chris in Boca. Our main concern was not the food but the service. When we finally got a waiter the experience that followed was not pleasant. We had just started to order when our waiter excused himself for 2 min. He went over to another table and starting chatting, returning to us 5 min later. We started ordering and he did it again! Went off for 5 min and excused himself... How rude. We didnt fancy wine that night and when the waiter pushed the wine menu and we declined we felt his tone change a little. Now I understand in upscale steak houses, the wine menu is pushed, but I should not feel intimidated if we choose not to drink alchohol? The next problem arose when ordering. I ordered the Ribeye. Nice and simple. Menu read "Ribeye" I ordered "Ribeye". Waiter came back to confirm order and goes "One Cowboy ribeye" - im like hold on, that 15 bucks more and not what I ordered... Almost sounded like he though I was an idiot and would not notice.. I did, and he apologized... Next issue. We wanted to take some food home so the waiter brought us a small bag and a larger container. He apologized and told us they were out of the big bags, so we would have to take a small one and carry the big box separately. Not a problem. 5 min later, and we see him taking a big bag out to a table that was clearly spending a fortune! So people that spend more can get a normal sized bag but we cant? We asked another waiter and he kindly said sure I will get you a big bag, from which there appeared to be plenty of.. Overall food was very nice but service was not. We felt a little intimidated as if we shouldnt be there. Did not receive the same service as those who were spending a lot more than us. Not impressed

Beautiful steaks, perfect mashed potatoes, excellent service and beautiful decor. Very clean restrooms and a very nice staff make this place fabulous. I loved every minute. I can't wait to go back. It was a tremendous experience.

We've eaten in Ruth's Chris many times in Boca Raton, NY NY, and Parsippany, NJ. One thing for sure the food (steaks and fish) are always fantastic. Similarly, the side dishes and desserts never disappoint so what ultimately differentiates these restaurants from other steak houses....the serving staff. We had the most wonderful waiter this evening, Jerrad, at the Boca Raton establishment. Not only was he knowledgeable about the various Ruths' dishes, but he made the evening fun. Kudos to Ruth's for hiring such fantastic help.

My daughter had her birthday celebration with 13 guests. From the valet to the table assistants, everyone was very accommodating especially our Server, Matt. Despite the specific invitation time, a few guests got lost and did not arrive on time. Matt was very pleasant, light hearted and patient with the late comers. The one negative was the tight seating. The restaurant was pretty crowded however there were sections where our party could have been seated more comfortably since a reservation was made more than a week in advance.

I hate to take away stars, but after my two recent visits I have to. We went for The Flavor of Palm Beach which runs through the month of September. Many restaurants, including Ruth's Chris, offers a three course meal for $35. Ruth's Chris has been one of my favorite restaurants so I was looking forward to taking advantage of the special price. Both times we went we were given regular menus with no mention of the Flavor of Palm Beach special. I had to ask for the special menu. On our first visit our server didn't seem to know anything about the special. On our second visit, last night, our server acted like we were the first ones who had mentioned Flavor of Palm Beach. Flavor of Palm Beach visit #1. I went with my husband, Clyde, and my cousin. My cousin and I ordered the salad. My husband ordered the lobster bisque soup. We each ordered the steaks to be cooked medium. Our salads were nothing special, although I do like their blue cheese dressing. The salads were small with only lettuce and a few small cherry tomatoes. My husband liked his lobster bisque. When our steaks arrived they were tiny. My cousin's steak arrived rare, and he had to send it back to be cooked. For sides we shared creamed spinach and mashed potatoes which were good. The choices for desserts were sorbet, vanilla or chocolate ice cream, or a tiny piece of pumpkin cheesecake. Flavor of Palm Beach visit #2. This time Clyde and I both ordered the lobster bisque, which we enjoyed. Clyde got the steak which was very small but tasty. I decided to try the crab cakes. I was served two fairly small crab cakes. The regular entrée size is three crab cakes. It's not much of a bargain when servings are much smaller then usual. Nobody warned me that my plate was so hot and when I touched it I burned my hand. The food was tasty, but no bargain at $35. Both times the service was rather indifferent. We had to ask for refills on cokes, water, and bread. Neither server was outgoing or friendly. I'm used to outstanding service at Ruth's Chris and I was disappointed. Flavor of Palm Beach is an opportunity for restaurants to bring in new customers. I plan to try a few more restaurants and I hope they're better then my experience with Ruth's Chris.

This particular location does not get the five stars it deserves and it's unfortunate. The service and food is a five star +. The reason it's not a home run, is because of the decor and incredibly small bar. This particular location looks like a 90's country club clubhouse. Very boring, dark and beige. I also agree that the chairs at this location are horrible and extremely uncomfortable. It's hard to believe they haven't updated this place to meet today's standards. I would go here more if they remodeled and expanded the bar. Overall, can't go wrong with a nice dinner here, but the atmosphere will leave you wanting more.

Steak chains can be hit or miss. Capital Grille is my favorite but was a miss earler that week in Orlando. Everything was great but the steak did not have much flavor. This Ruth's that I went to was a hit and very flavorful. So I know it always depends on the batch (cow) but my visit to this location was fantastic. So was our server Andrew M. Ask for him.

I chose Ruth's Chris for our corporate holiday party since they had a lovely private dining area that was perfect for our group. Sabrina did an excellent job in executing our vision for this event: holiday decor, flower arrangements, etc. They were *very accommodating and helpful! The most important part is: the food was SUPERB! The stuffed mushrooms and Ahi Tuna appetizers were out of this world. (Can't stop thinking about them). We served an assortment of entrees and sides but heard that the filet & ribeye were the stars of the show. The staff was very professional, attentive, and friendly. Kudos to Edward the GM, Sabrina the private dining coordinator and Aaron one of our awesome servers that evening. I look forward to returning very soon. Thanks again!

Ruth's Chris was absolutely on-point! It's a quiet atmosphere, but great for big group dinners. The appetizers are amazing, some of the best I've had. Shrimp Cocktail, the Calamari, and the Veal Osso Bucco Ravioli were all really good, but definitely don't miss out on the Lobster Mac and Cheese, and the Fried Spicy Lobster. The Lobster Mac and Cheese is among the best I've had, not just a gimmick. The Spicy Lobster is basically a Lobster version of Calamari, with an excellent sauce! I'm not a huge red meat fan, but the Petite Filet (6oz, no extra butter served medium well) was just about the best steak I've ever had. The real kicker is that you can turn it into a Surf and Turf (add two seasoned whole Lobster Tails) for a total of $48. Both parts were amazing. I'd love to come back sometime!

Ruth's Chris is absolutely amazing. They have probably the best Filet Mignon I have ever had. It comes out on a sizzling plate fresh off the grill and cooked to perfection. I started with a Caesar salad which was the best that I have had in a very long time. Along with my filet, I had mashed potatoes which were incredibly light and tasty. We finished off the night with the "chocolate explosion" dessert which is out of this world. This place is not the cheapest so I try to keep it to special occasions but the food is phenomenal. Great for an anniversary!

First time at this Ruth's Chris location and was running late...thank you for complimentary valet service! Started off with the chop salad and it was so delicious that I could go for one right now. My girlfriend and I both ordered the larger filets done medium yet when they came out, mine was a significantly thinner piece. For sides we went with the Brussels sprouts with bacon, mashed potatoes, and creamed spinach which were all very good accompaniments to the main dish. Aside from the inconsistent filets, the food was the quality you would expect from Ruth's Chris. However, the server forgot to bring the steak knife with the meal so we had to wait to track him down. In addition, our water glasses were seldom refilled. Overall a positive experience except for the things mentioned above.

C'mon it's Ruth Chris Anything less than 5 stars would be uncivilized. First off thank you to the General Manager Bruce for making our night at Ruth Chris very special. Bruce is a true professional and he runs an amazing shop. This guy is the real deal which is evidenced by the excellent service, fantastic food, and positive vibe humming thru this joint. Our family went here to celebrate the selling of our childhood home and that my pop is moving in with us. My dad picked Ruth Chris because after 75 years he's never been and always wanted to go. So here we came. We had a party of 8 and we ate like champs. Stuffed mushrooms, French fries, calamari, wedge salad, and shrimp cocktail were our apps. The mushrooms were delicious and pretty big. My wedge salad was a true classic with a minor twist. It was a slice of iceberg lettuce with some spring salad mix spread over the plate. Very minor alteration but I noticed it and I liked it along with their blue cheese dressing. Everyone loved the apps. Main course we had a four cowboy ribeyes and four filet mignons. Perfect. That is the only word I can think of as I'm typing. Perfect temp of medium, perfect flavor, perfect cut. $hit, the sign of a great steak is no steak sauce needed. None was used on 8 steaks. Great job by the kitchen and the chefs. For dessert Bruce sent over a a bunch for us to sample. Creamed brûlée, bread pudding, apple crumb goodness, and a chocolate bomb lava something...lol the bread pudding was to die for. Nice and warm with cinnamon and a bad ass sweet glaze over the top. Everyone tore up the desserts. I finished with their signature coffee and it was the perfect ending to a great dinner. I've said this a million times, I'm just a regular dude with a regular job....no big shot here...just regular folk. I wish I could eat here once a week or even once a year...lol. I just can't afford it. But one thing is for sure, don't wait 75 years like my dad to come eat here. Treat yourself and someone you love by dining here because it's PERFECT. Remember to tell Bruce that Dan sent you and Stay Hungry!

This is a review for the rather awesome happy hour here. The steak sandwich with fries is a huge portion and the steak was cooked perfectly medium rare as requested. The ahi tuna was ok, I think it got a little over seared though. We also ordered the crab blt, which was a much larger portion than expected. We were expecting to get crab cakes but it turned out to be a chunk of fresh crab meat, which was a pleasant surprise. Although it might not be as decadent as a full dinner, we had a delicious steak and seafood meal and were completely stuffed for a fraction of the price. Happy hour drinks include wine, beer, and cocktails. The blueberry cocktail I had was a bit too sweet, but it did have fresh blueberries in it.

It just didn't justify the cost. The food was good except for the au poivre sauce which was much too salty. The waiter was too lazy to walk around the table so he put things far from the person they were intended so they could be passed by others at the table. The bus boy was worse asking that dirty plates and silverware be passed to him and even used someone's dirty spoon to put someone else's food in a "doggie bag".There was enough room for both of them to walk around the table.

If I could give it less than one star I would, it was my birthday last night and I was looking forward to having prime rib at Ruth's Chris. Here is my bullet points of the experience: * Atmosphere sucked, noisy, chairs either too high, or tables too low. * The waiter talked very low, and could not understand english * I did not see Prime Rib on the menu and asked the waiter if they served it, he said that Rib Eye was the same cut just a different name! I thought that was strange but went along with it anyway, mistake, it was not Prime Rib, it was a fatty greasy cut of meat, how could a waiter let me order this cut! * I also asked him about the Au Groton potatoes, instead of answering my question he just said OK and put it down as an order, that tells me he could not understand english! * I had to return the potatoes because they were not cooked, and cold besides. The manager came over and asked how the meal was going I told him about the meal, but not about the waiter, how could he not know the waiter could not understand English. Anyway I will never go there again, for this the bill was over $170.

It's on the outer perimeter of Mizner Park, so it's not obviously located. While I've tried RC in many cities, the quality of food and services do vary. This RC is quite good and consistent in both food and service. Even though RC is pricy, I feel like I get my $$$$ worth here. It's ALWAYS wonderful!

Been a while since i was there- -now i know why- Atmosphere- 3 stars- still boring- dull- all brown and beige- and still the most uncomfortable chairs ever Reminded me like a a somewhat higher end standard hotel lobby from the 1990's- that needs a makeover to bring it in the 21st century Service 5 star- Salad and main course-- 2 stars We both had the 52.95 per person- all inclusive- portions are cut small ,but enough-- offered was-salad or soup-- main course with choice of one side- one dessert offered with pre fix- Cesar salad-dressing way to overpowered with garlic and lemon- ate 1/2 BLT salad-- absolutely no wow factor-- bland 2 same main courses-- still served on the tiniest dishes-because everything is ala carte--so foolish- i am not a fan of monster dishes , but please get a little bigger dishes! main courses were falling off the dishes! 6 oz filet and 5 oz Caribbean lobster tail- meat was a little bit stringy and chewy-one filet undercooked- lobster tail a little over broiled, filet had some citrus butter on it- did not go well with the filet the creamed spinach- bland cauliflower au gratin- awful- way undercooked( hard) and watery bread served uncut- was like a cuban sub roll- and whipped butter- who still serves whipped butter in high end restaurants???-they need a better assortment of bread and they need a high quality hard butter dessert- 4 stars- offered was a coconut bread pudding and dark chocolate macadamia nut bark

Always on par. We never had a bad experience @ any of the locations. I think the yelpers that give this astableshment a poor review simply don't know about steak. Ok overcooked, undercooked, waited a long tiime to be seated it happens. Get over it and eat somewhere more comfortable for you like mcdonald's or a Fridays.

I have been to several steakhouses as my fiancée and I both love steak. We were recommended to this particular location and decided valentines day would be a perfect time to try it out. Unfortunately, for whatever the reason we were completely ignored from the moment I sat down. Water was never refilled, no other drink orders were taken, we were told they were out of bread that's why it wasn't brought over (mind you tables next to us were receiving their complimentary bread) we had our food order taken and we watched our server numerous times walk over to his other tables and completely dismiss us. Our steak was undercooked but we never had a chance to have it sent back to have it refired because our server never came to check on us. He finally came over towards the end of our meal and we just asked for our check. I was over it. I asked to speak to manager (Edward) and that is the only reason why I have it 2 stars. He was very concerned that for our first experience we had such a terrible one. We just wanted to let him know what happened and he offered us a giftcard to return hopefully and maybe have a better experience. That is the only thing that saved this from getting 1 star. I don't know if we will return to this Ruth's Chris location for a second round, but did appreciate the gesture of the manager.

My mom and I have only been here once but I don't think we will be back, we weren't really impressed with the food. My moms food was waaaaaaaay too salty, we should complained and sent it back but we didn't. Chops was a way better experience and I recommend anybody going to chops instead!

This place is great. They provide complimentary valet. It is the best since finding parking at Mizner on a Friday is a little tough. Entering we are immediately greeted and taken to our table. It is very classy and nice. Our waiter immediately approached us and gave us our menus. He brought out the fresh warm bread. It was so soft and delicious. I could have ate it all. We ordered two palomas which is a tequila drink. They were also very good. The waiter then told us the specials and gave us his recommendations. We decided to order two salads. I ordered the harvest salad which had mixed greens, roasted corn, dried cherries, bacon, tomatoes, goat cheese and pecans. Dressing was white balsamic vinaigrette. My boyfriend ordered Chop Salad and I wasn't a big fan of this. The Harvest Salad definitely wins with the sweetness of the dried cherries. I then ordered the Petite Filet. It was medium-well and it was perfect!! I love how the plates come sizzling. Super hot and ready to eat. Side orders we got fresh asparagus and potatoes au gratin. Overall, it was great service and the food was delicious. I would definitely come back.

Perfect food with perfect service just like most Ruth's Chrises (pluralizing this is the greatest grammar hypothetical ever) - they are super friendly and attentive and not rude and condescending like most higher end restaurants.

First time I visited this restaurant was in Baton Rouge and it was fantastic! I couldn't wait to go back. My second visit was in Boca Raton and the service was great. The waitress was friendly and attentive however the food was maybe average. The filet was tough and very disappointing! Better filet at Logan's and at half the price.

So we started our Ruth's Chris adventure at the bar and was tended by Debbie. She offered us a sample of their house Merlot and Pinot Noir. My boyfriend and I preferred the Merlot and ordered 2 glasses. The pour was very small but it was $5, so we didn't complain too much (and just figured the next glass will be a regularly priced wine because maybe you get more). Debbie was so helpful and generous and let us taste some of her favorite wines to choose our next purchase. We perused the menu for appetizers and ordered the Crispy Shrimp and they were delicious. My one complaint is that the sushi rice was actually crunchy and a little dry, and that's the last thing you want sushi rice to be. I could do without the scallions, but good thing my boyfriend likes them and they can be taken off. The bread is phenomenal. Nothing complex but so satisfying with fluffy butter. We ventured into the dining room and split a glass of wine between the two of us. Ordered a medium rare Filet Mignon with Bearnaise sauce on the side, french fries, and lyonaisse potatoes. I also asked for honey mustard to dip my fries in, which was too sweet in my opinion. Everything else was perfect, hot, and cooked properly. We were happy with the service and happy with the meal. When we were done, they wrapped up our leftovers and we left with a full belly.

Service is pretty impeccable as is the case with most high end steak houses. We sat at the bar while we waited for our reservation since we were early. Our bar tender helped us find a good wine and was very helpful. While at the bar we had the crispy shrimp and they were very good. We were then seated in the dining room and we ordered a medium rare Filet Mignon and it came perfectly cooked. We also got french fries and lyonnaise potatoes on the side. It was all very good. Overall a nice experience and everything was great.

This was my third visit to Ruth Chris in Boca and unfortunately this one was not up to par. It was a group of 6 celebrating a birthday party. First it started with the drinks. We ordered bottle water for the table when we sat down. Two different waiters tried to bring us tap water. After 10 minutes the bottle finally came. We then ordered our drinks. One guest ordered a Johnny Walker green and the waiter acted like he had no idea what that was. He finally was able to explain it to him and said to bring it in the rocks. The drink came with no ice. We had salads and calamari for appetizers, both were very good. For the calamari we did ask for a side of marinara sauce however by the time it arrived we were well finished. Also, one of the waiters tried to take my fathers plate away even though it was half full and he was still eating. Next came the steaks. We ordered a few sides however the size of the plates that came with the steaks did not allow us to put much more than a little cream spinach, or mashed potatoes, certainly not both. Also, 2 of the 6 steaks were severely undercooked. We sent them back and when the waiter brought them back to ushe brought a side of sweet potato casserole which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately no one in our party was a fan of sweet potatoes; maybe a round of coffees would have been more appropriate. In the end the steaks were tasty. We had a local bakery deliver a cake earlier in the day with a box of candles. You almost cannot make this up but when the waiter brought the cake he did not put a candle on it! He said he did not know whether a candle would ruin the cake. Now I've never seen a birthday cake came without a candle and more importantly why would I include a box of candles if I did not want it on the cake. Luckily we were all good sports about it and had the guest of honor blow out the candle that was already on the table. It did hinder the moment however. To top to all off we did not get our coffees or cappuccinos until after we finished the dessert. In conclusion, the food was good enough however the service was not up to our expectations especially for the prices. We will go elsewhere next time.

The food is very very good! All we ordered was perfectly matching our ordering options, the waitress was patient and always there to refill. The Porterhouse we order was cooked to perfection. Most likely of the best steakhouses in the area. Valet parking is complimentary (you'll need it, as parking at Mizner is an adventure).

Funny that my daughters chicken was the best meal compared to a cowboy steak ( tough) a New York strip no flavor and a pound of crab legs (salty). I have to say this is the first RC I have been to that I was not really impressed with the steaks...It could have been the fact that it was Christmas Eve and the place was packed?? All the side dishes where great along with the deserts.. Service was slow..It took 45 minutes from apps to the main meal was delivered...

Ate there last night and, as usual, the food was great and service matched the food-however, the lyonaise pototates came out luke warm and my wife told the waiter and he offered to replace them-she said she would keep them. He said he would take them off the check-the manager then appeared and asked how things were going and we all said great, but my wife also told him about the potatoes and he also offered to replace them and she declined. When the waiter brought the check, he told us his manager would not take them off the check. I said nothing, paid my bill and left a generous tip. However, I was perturbed to be told one thing and then have the manager not support what the waiter had said. It's not the $8.50 for the dish, it's the principle and I will never return!

Well I would have to say that my experience at this restaurant was not a good one. My girlfriend and I never go out to dinner especially to a place as nice and expensive as this. So this was a special treat. So short of the long the service was amazing we sat at the bar. I got surf and turf and she got the scallops. First of all my steak was severely under cooked which they did rectify. But come on it is a steak place. I asked for medium and got rare. Props for under cooking and not over cooking but for the price you pay that shouldn't be an issue. So the real problem came later that night. My girlfriend got food poisoning from the scallops. We ate all the same food except I did not eat the scallops and I was fine. So I called the place the next day and spoke to the manager and let him know what happend. He said he didn't want to loose our business and if he could call me back later that night or the next day. I said fine. Well NO call at all. Guess losing business doesn't mean much to this establishment. So I for sure wouldn't get scallops here if I was you. And I can cook a better steak than I received here. Was sad to be honest cause you expect a better meal for 175$ that also included wine but you get the idea. Service from bartender was amazing!!!! Thanks Sabrina!!

Yummy dinner and great service! We did the special rate dinners -- two scallops dinners, one filet and shrimp, one filet. Everyone loved their dinners -- nothing left over. Salads were good and dessert was also very good. Two complaints: Coffee was not good at all and the line for valet was annoying because of the smokers!

Came here with the grandparents for dinner. I would say this place met all of the ruth's chris standards and expectations. I would give it 5 stars, but I just dont find ruths chris to have that extra zing worthy of a 5th star. The service, layout and food were all solid. 3 of the 4 of us had the set meal, and I had the grilled tuna which was pleasantly spicy followed by the lamb. They even offered to add the lamb to the set meal (it wasnt on the list) but I wanted the tuna. Both of my dishes were cooked perfectly and well seasoned. My grandparents enjoyed their steaks and the service perfectly catered to a couple in their mid 80s (they hid my grandfather's walker and brought it back anytime he stood up quickly). All in all it is what you pay for and what you expect from ruth's chris

Best dining experience I have had in a while, I was celebrating my birthday and the staff was extremely polite and courteous. I had the Cowboy Ribeye and couldn't even finish it which is rare in my case. Tasted even better when I heated it up in the microwave the next day lol. But food was amazing, I got everything I asked for, and I made sure my tip showed my appreciation. Everyone should dine here at least once in their lifetime. And that complimentary valet parking is an added plus

The food here was very good and enjoyable! Service was slow but the food made up for it. Had a delicious filet mignon and the onion rings were fantastic! Good place to try, but it is a little pricey!

This place was AMAZINGGGG!!!!!! My boyfriend brought me here for my Birthday a week ago and it was soo delicious. We had a few minor set backs, my napkin cloth was filthy, Literally had snot stains alllll over it and it was a black cloth. However our Waitress Rene was great, she switched it out, without any issues. Then my Filet came over well done when I asked for Med Rare, I would have been fine eating it but my boyfriend insisted on me getting it corrected for the money that was being spent. He flagged down the manager and asked if it was possibly to get it fixed. The manager took my plate and ran it back to the kitchen, not only did my waitress return with my lobster tail, they brought me a whole new filet and Lobster tail, so I received two Lobsters! HEAVENNNN!!! In Addition to that, the manager brought me a complimentary Sweet potato casserole that was to die for!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone! BUT YOU MUST TRY THE CASSEROLE!!!!! My boyfriend HATES sweet potato and fell instantly in love!

Of all the steak restaurants in Boca Raton, Ruth's Chris is the most consistent. We eat there at least twice a month and on occasion we bring our young children along. The kids meals are portioned properly and the prices aren't over the top. I find the best service is in the bar area and occasionally if we arrive for an early dinner the servers on the floor aren't quite together. I like The Capital Grill but it seems like the food is hit and miss while service is usually on. When comparing the two, I feel like Ruth's Chris tries harder where the Capital Grill rests on their laurels. For great food and an easy night out with your significant other and/or children Ruth's Chris is the place.

By far the best chain restaurant. Service is great every time, excellent food and the best dirty martini hands down.

We have been going here for years, definitely the most consistent steak house around S. Florida, and definitely the best Ruth Chris I have been to. (Probably have been to five total in the USA). The steaks are always cooked to perfection, served on a super-hot plate so no chance of getting a less than hot steak as has happened to me before at other high-end steak places. Rib-eyes, T-bones, filet mignon, are all excellent. Of course, like any quality steakhouse, no sauces are needed though they will bring Bernaise for the filet. Not sure if they have Prime Rib, I don't think so, but no big deal. The lamb chops are also great. After the economic downturn in 2008, they started offering meal combos for $39 or $49 to ease the financial pain normally associated with a place like this. As for sides, the beefsteak tomatoes are always great, and the desserts are also quite good. The service is always top notch. They have valet parking, but if you're valet-averse like me, just park in the free parking garages a block north of the place.

Loved this place of course great food but what made it really stand out was the service, from the hostess to our waitress who was so friendly and put up with all of our questions, including so where are you from, to the water server, dessert server, who let us know a great bass fishing location, told you we asked a lot of questions, lol, to the valet who sprinted to every car, when I swear all of us had lingered and come out at the same time. I really can't say enough about how well the restaurant is run on every level and the food was amazing exactly what you'd expect! coming back for many a special occasion

If there's one thing you can say about a Ruth's Chris, it's that more often than not, the steak is served hot. We've been to many Ruth's, and this one is the newest and most spacious one we've had the pleasure of patronizing. They have free valet parking which is a plus. If you have a nice ride they park it out front so you don't have to worry about the attendant taking a Ferris Bueller type test ride, and if you don't it's always nice to dream and drool. Unfortunately, drooling may not be what your doing if you were served the fish dish the wife had. No matter where you took you fork full from, the Chilean Sea Bass served had an exceptionally strong fish flavor. Had this fish been as physically strong as it was flavor wise, it would likely still be in the ocean having the guy who was trying to catch it for dinner. The chop salad needed to be dialed back slightly on the olive content. Aside from this, the rest of the dining experience was great and what you would expect from one of the better Ruth's Chris restaurants. The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. I did make it a point to convey our opinion about the fish and salad to the staff, so hopefully if you order either in the future you will be pleased with your entire dining experience. They do get extra points for stocking Ciroc Vodka at the bar and having a cute barmaid. I'm not really into drinking my great grand pappys brand of vodka. Given the size of this restaurant, they can accommodate large and small parties while still having a romantic feel and providing personable service. So whether your a family like the Duggars, a team like the Dogers or just out to impress a date, this Ruth's Chris is worthy of being your next dinner dining destination. An added bonus are the shops within walking distance for a before or after dining stroll. Great service. The food will keep your cardiologist in his Rolls or Bentley. A lot of fat, a lot of butter, sweets in all the veggies.

Fillet is a great steak here, they have the summer special so it's either $40 or $50 and comes with a salad and desert. Went for Birthday and food was great as always, tried a couple of the deserts and I think the Chocolate Explosion is the best.

Time and time again I've seen nothing but, a downward spiral from Ruth's Chris restaurants since their IPO a few years ago. Bottomline quality was being sacrificed across the board. This Ruth's Chris location has renewed my faith in the chain. The food was cooked perfectly and our waitress Cory was the bomb diggity. Her attentive and accommodating hospitality was nothing like I've experienced at a Ruth's Chris restaurant; A+ service all the way.

We went for dinner a few nights ago and I was overall pretty impressed. I was really surprised at the diverse crowd in the place - young, old - hip and not so much ... also, I was shocked at how casual some people were dressed (mainly guys). Not that I am a huge fan of always being dressy ... but a Tshirt and shorts seems a bit casual for this type of place. Anyway - food was great - good service ... prices are high but its expected. Very large wine list, by bottle & glass. We mentioned we were celebrating a Bday and they left glittery pieces all over the table and offered a complimentary dessert (amazing chocolate ganache like cake!!!) --- very nice touches. Side dishes were just "ok" not awesome like the steak and crab cakes though. (and dessert). Would definitely go back for the Filet. Although not a kid place really, we did have a child with us and they offered a small filet at a reduced rate with steak-fries which I thought was perfect solution!

I will give them 3.5 stars. I came here for an 80th birthday. I ordered a ribeye steak, and medium rare. It came out much more rare than my liking, and VERY fatty. Im a huge steak fanatic, and I know how a ribeye should be. I would of gave them 3 stars but I upped it to 4 because they brought me out a new steak no questions asked. I got a side of mashed potatoes and had a Caesar salad which had a little too much dressing on it. We had crab cake appetizers and calamari which everyone was raving about.
